My name is Paul L'Acosta and since 2004 I have been working as a Supervisor for an oil company in northern Tennessee, in charge of the operations and marketing projects for 15 retail markets. 
For more than 10 years I've been passionately focused on helping organizations of all sizes achieve their goals through the execution of visionary marketing techniques and creation of platforms that helps them connect more directly to their customer base.
For the past two years I've also been following the growth and influence of social networks and the media tools that are transforming the marketing industry into its new, exciting, and much-expected era.
I created Convenience Bits with one idea in mind: help others by continuously providing valuable, practical content that will enable the growth of strong relationships with others in the industry. Like I always tell all the people around me:
